I asked to change to paperless billing. What happened? Why didn't I get the discount I was promised?

Hi Joan., Koodo only does paperless billing now so not sure who promised you a discount but there is no discount for paperless billing it's mandatory now unfortunately.

Ya so my Mom just received the paper bill in the mail with the new lines. Doesn't seem like you're right. The discount was supposedtobe for adding two new phones/accounts to an existing account. No discounts, paper in the mail and I just signed up two phones for two years on a lie. #%^*

This must be something from the Best Buy as Koodo doesn't mail bills anymore afaik. If your service agreement doesn't say anything about a discount then this is something you have to take up with Best Buy.
