I am unable to pay my Koodo bill. I have been trying to pay on line (as I always do) and I can not get past Step 1, where you confirm the payment amount. When I click Next it just stays on the payment amount screen.

You can make payment through IVR too:
 call *611 > option 3 for payment > option 1 for CC payment.

Another option is to use online banking.

Have you tried using other browsers or clearing your browser cache? Sometimes doing it with a private tab helps.

Thanks!  I cleared history/caches and it still didn't work so I paid using the *611 options.  I still would like to know why I can't pay through the internet via my laptop as I have been doing for over 2 years!

They updated their security of payments and some people had same issues. 
They were/are aware of it and working on it.
So, hopefully you can make your payment through online next time.
