I am unable to pay my Koodo bill through koodo.com

In koodo.com, I'm not able advance past "pay bill" when click the button - cannot enter credit card info.  I refuse to use you new App since it's un-necessarily asking for too much information from permissions.

Fix your bill payment system on the website.

Hi JSK, I just paid my bill on the website and had no problems.  Are you getting any specific error messages? In the meantime you can call *611 from your Koodo phone and select option 3 to pay with your credit card.  Payment will immediately show up on your account.

Thanks - but still not working (after browser cleaned).  This is in fact month #3 that this feature is continues to be a bug. No error messages - just not advancing to credit card input screen.  I see many other customers experiencing same issue.

Hello JSK.

Have you tried another browser? Or have you tried paying via the self-serve app?

Hi JSK,

It seems you used IE 11 to try to make payment. we have fixed this issue already and will include next release this week (Jan. 26).  Now you can try to make payment with other browsers, such as Firefox or Chrome.

Lawyers would be all over this if it came to a collection issue. If you want your customers to do business via the internet (that's your business model you have stated it here many times) then you need to have it working at all times. Suggesting the customer has to jump through hoops (change browsers etc.) is absurd!

Good luck with that! There are other ways to pay your bill, you're not restricted to do it through their website or app or through their pesky automated prompts.  Your responsible to pay the bill.  First question a lawyer will ask you is if that's the only way to pay your bill with Koodo.  Nope, plenty of options out there.  I agree with you that if they want me pay using their systems, their system should be working. But if it's not working, let me count the ways

Thanks Stillgolfing - you took the words right out of my mind when I saw "try another browser".

I'm glad to see another sane customer.

I paid my bill alright, but used a method that I will not share here - as I think other customers should experience other pieces of advice from the vast pool of wisdom here.

Incidentally, in case Koodo hasn't noticed, there's significant backlash about your new App in Google Play.

I won't use it - too much of a security risk.
