I am unable to pay my Koodo bill. I have been trying to pay on line (as I always do) and I can not get past Step 1, where you confirm the payment amount. When I click Next it just stays on the payment amount screen.
Thanks! I cleared history/caches and it still didn't work so I paid using the *611 options. I still would like to know why I can't pay through the internet via my laptop as I have been doing for over 2 years!
