I AM TRYING TO TOP UP MY ACCOUNT. I AM USING A CREDIT CARD THAT I HAVE USED WITH KOODO MANY TIMES. I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE “UNABLE TO PROCESS TRANSACTION. WE ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.” THE CARD HAS NOT EXPIRED. I HAVE TRIED RE-REGISTERING MY CARD. I HAVE TRIED REGISTERING A NEW CARD. I HAVE TRIED CHANGING THE NAME IN MY PROFILE SO THAT THE FIRST NAME MATCHES THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD. I HAVE REFRESHED THE BROWSER BEWEEN THESE ACTIONS AND LOGGED IN AGAIN. ALL OTHER INFORMATION IN MY PROFILE MATCHES MY CREDIT CARD INFO. WHAT SHOULD I TRY NEXT?  T
