Is the iPhone SE offer on medium tab for a new activation only? We would actually like to use the SE on one of our existing lines and move an older iphone 5 to a new line if that is allowed. But its only affordable with the discount on the tab medium at $360. Thank you for letting me know.

Only available with new activations and upgrades. If you click legal under the ad on Koodo website there is a list of requirements.

You could open the new line and you would get the iPhone SE, then just put the iPhone SE on the old line and then put the iPhone 5 on the new line. It's as simple as swapping SIM cards once the new line is set up.

Thanks for your reply, The problem now is that the addition of a new line seems to come with a minimum plan of $40 not the $30 plan which we would prefer for the new line for a child. So its not just a simple matter of swapping the SIM card. Is there anyway to alter this and apply the higher end plan to the old line while opening a new line with the smaller plan? Looking to take advantage of the SE deal which is on until Monday. Thank you for letting me know.

Can this phone be purchased for an existing line and activated after given as a gift, with a new line set up for use with the old phone? Want to upgrade my spouse and then let a younger son use the old phone. Thanks for letting me know.

Also what is the twitter account to ask them about this? Thanks for your help and support. Much appreciated.

You can easily buy a new phone for the existing plan, provided it meets the minimum qualifications for purchase. You could then use whatever plan you want on the old phone.

So just order the new phone online, then swap in the sim for the old phone when it gets here - and set up a new line with SIM to use in old phone? And iphone 5 and SE both use micro, not nano SIM right? Thanks once again

The iPhone 5 and iPhone SE both use nano-SIM cards.
