I am trying to pay my phone bill using my credit card. I've done this before but is not working anymore.

I tried several times through the Koodo application on my phone, on the internet and by phone and none of them worked. In all situations this message appears: "Your credit card info does not match the billing address on file. Please try a different method or contact us".

Thank you for your attention.

Have you changed your billing address with your credit card or the address on your Koodo account? They need to match. If it continues to not work you can use online banking or call to make an automated payment.

Yep...I made a call to Koodo today and the attendant tried to help me but we couldn ́t figure it out. Even he updating my adress didn ́t work.

Okay. I'll try to pay at the bank tomorrow. It is not working to pay in the online banking. Do you know if I will have some problem to pay? The last day to pay was yesterday.

Have you tried changing your address online Humberto? If yes, did you get an error message? What was it?

I see your first bill you were successfully able to pay online. If your address changed that explains why there is a mismatch now. There were several attempts made to pay your current bill and looks like you reached the maximum number of tries. Once that happen the card is flagged and you won't be able to use it again for a period of a time. This is to protect customers against potential fraud.

You will be able to pay through the bank no problem. Just remember they will need your account number.
