I am trying to pay my monthly bill. It wont let me get past the payment amount screen. I try click next and nothing happens. I can't enter my credit card info.

Hey guys - I just went in and applied a payment to my account, so the system appears to be working fine.

@Karen - are you using the same Visa you've used the past two months? Can you confirm if the account details (name and address) are identical between the card and your Koodo account?

@Calin - I see that you just changed your payment method earlier this month. Similar to my question above, can you verify if the details between your card and account match? Are you eventually getting any error message?

IT fixes can take some time.  To ensure your service does not get interrupted and your payment is on time, give the #123 or online banking for payment a try until Koodo resolves this issue

Hi Dennis, from the posts on here I can tell I am just one of a number of people with this issue going back weeks - obviously IT fixes take a lot of time. Thank you for your suggestion, it is much appreciated.

The system wont let me pass the first page with the amount. I click on 'Pay....', nothing happent and no error message.

Some general troubleshooting tricks that have worked in the past:
- Clearing your cache and cookies
- Trying a different browser
- Do you get the same issue if using the mobile app

If none of the above helps and you need to make a payment asap, you can dial #123 from your Koodo phone, select option 3. Alternatively, you can set Koodo up as a payee through online banking and use your account number to make a payment - this method will take 3-5 days to process and for us to receive your payment.

Let us know if the above suggestions work.

I just applied payment to my account last night without issue.  When I try to do it again today it wont let me because I do not have a balance owing.  Could it be you dont have a balance owing?

Actually, I have a balance.....probably I will pay with cheque....

Cheque will take a lot longer to process.  if you do this I recommend calling into Koodo and reporting your payment to prevent any service disruption.

Or you can also login to your onlin backing and pay directly from there

would have been a lot easier if you had been able to talk to someone. I find it disrespectful that Koodo thinks I should search others questions for my answers....

You could look at the information provided by Koodo on their website instead. I feel it disrespectful to call a company to ask questions which are clearly answered on their website, or in the information provided to the customer at time of purchase.
