I am trying to pay my bill but your site won't accept my credit card security number

I admit that it is a partial payment but it is a fairly large part

Yes and I checked it 4 times and it was correct

I assume that the card is activated, not expired, and the card number (the whole number) is entered correctly? If so, have you been unable to use it elsewhere? Have you previously used this card for Koodo? Sometimes banks will temporarily suspend a card if they see unusual activity.

Tim, have you tried our IVR ( the automated phone system) to make the payment? Can you also post a screenshot of any error message you maybe getting online?


Also, the partial payment, at minimum, has to be the past due amount.

OK - my minimum was $144 and some cents. I tried to send $145 and got this note again. My credit card details were fine. I will try phoning

I was having similar issue and then I realized that my phone number on the address panel was not entered. So check your profile and make sure your address and phone, and email are all correctly entered and must match the info Your credit card company have for you.
