How are you trying to pay and whats going on exactly when you try to pay? Is it an error message? Or?

Forgot your password?

Or you can make payment through online banking if you set up/add  "Koodo" as payee on your online banking.

Or  call *611 from your Koodo phone (option 3)  to make one-time credit card payment

If you need to talk to a rep, dial *611 from your Koodo phone > option 5 for customer service > keep pressing 0
