I am trying to monitor my air time minutes on self serve. It was ok in the last cycle..but this cycle is not being updated yet. My billing cycle starts 10th of every month. Its already been 2 days. The last call that it shows is on aug 9th. Is there any issues with it
There is no issues however this could be a small delay in the updates. What we recommend is to try again to log into your Self-Serve and see if your usage is updated. You should be able also to call *611 option 2 to know your airtime summary. If you're still experiencing issues, do not hesitate to let us know.
