I am trying to change my postal code but Koodo does not recognize the new code I was assigned. How do I reach Koodo to get this changed?

Thanks - but Koodo's system does not recognize the new postal code assigned by Canada Post as valid.

What is the postal code Marv? We use Canada Post's address verification system, so anytime we find an issue we'd love to share it with them. Thanks!

I don't believe it's a Canada Post thing - it's the way your system validates the address.  It comes up with my new pc, but then when it validates against street addresses it doesn't display the new combination of street address & pc as an option to select - only the old combination.

Current address - 655 Simcoe Rd., Bradford ON. L3Z 2A6.  I received notice my pc was changing to L3Z 4B4

I see it now Marv. My only guess is that we haven't gotten Canada Post's update re the changing postal codes so their latest database on our side doesn't recognize it. Will talk to the right people. Was it a letter you got from Canada Post re the changes?

Yes - received the note more than a month ago but the changes became effective on the 17th.  I ran into the same issue on a couple of other self serve sites - including the provincial government - go figure.
