Sounds like two instances of your identification credentials has been created. Contact Koodo to have it corrected. A Private Message to their Facebook account, or a DM to their Twitter account is likely the least time consuming option.

Lloyd - if you're using the same email as you've registered here with, I see it linked to an account owned by someone else, which is why you're waiting to be approved.
