I am still being charged my monthly bill when I cancelled my phone

I cancelled my koodo plan November 19th and I have been charged a new months fee today (December 12). When I called the koodo contact number it said I have negative $120 on my tab, does this mean I still have to pay this off? Why has this number not been charged on my credit card but my monthly bill with my data add on??

Hello, that should mean that you have a positive tab of 120$ can u screenshot it without posting any personal info?

If you have a negative tab, which looking at your account you do Alexandra, that means that you owe that much on the phone you bought from us. Even though this will be your last bill and indeed you are on pre-authorized payments it looks like the due date is not till the 12th.
