I am receiving texts that say my bill is overdue but when I log into Koodo self serve it says I have no balance owing.

What number is the text coming from, is it possibly a scam text or are you expecting a bill to pay? I've been getting alot of scam calls and texts on my and family members phones so could be a possibility.

its coming from (999)-999-9999. I am definitely overdue for paying a bill but I check self serve regularly and no change.

So when you select "view my bill" beneath "you do not have a balance owing" it doesn't have the latest bill available for viewing?

Eh, I would double check if you logged in the correct account with your number.

If you called 611 on a number and it reported an overdue (but cannot see the bill online) it was likely a wrong selfserve account or something wrong.

If you cannot find the cause, I would suggest you contact Koodo directly (611 or send message to their facebook).

yes Goran and Dinh that is correct, as the main title of this thread says that is exactly the case. Log on with my Koodo self serve account (which I have 1) to look at the 'View my bill' and I find it says "No balance owing".

Stephen - the email you're using here is associated with an older account that was deactivated a couple of years  ago. I do see an active account matching your name that was activated in December, but you have not yet set up your Self Serve profile. 

If you send us a private message on Facebook, as the folks have suggested above, a rep. will help deactivate your email from the old account, and assist with setting up the new one. Then you can log into your new/current self serve, view your bill, and make your payment.

I'm having the exact same problem! I can't view my profile, my bill, anything. I just keep getting redirected to a blue screen with a blank green box in the middle. I got charged for an overdue when my account said no balance owing as well, and had to pay by phone. Ridiculous.

You need to contact koodo for fix your self serve. You can contact koodo via private message on Facebook or Twitter.

Did you previously have an account with Koodo, and are a returning customer? Sometimes the screen you describe shows from an old login and account.

Your problem is probably what David described which can only be fixed by contacting Koodo and a rep can straighten out.
