Hi DeeDee,
Koodo has plenty of plans for different usages. From time to time, there are some promotions for new customers also.

How is your current usage? do you need a phone with your plan?

The current plans is here https://www.koodomobile.com/rate-plans?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_Shop_Plans
(unfortunately the new year promotion has just ended yesterday, hopefully something comes up soon)

As Azure states, it depends very much on your usage. Let us know how much you plan to use. If for emergency use only so you have peace of mind, Telus prepaid @ $100 for 365 days, 400 minutes / 400 texts is about as good a deal as any equalling about $8.50 per month.

Note that Koodo is a self service brand.  So the expectation is that you figure things out on your own or ask the community.  This includes downloading your own PDF ebill when you have questions about your bill.

Calling into Koodo will result in long wait times

There's no good reason to stay with Bell, so come with Koodo instead :D
