I am not getting notifications for my invoice
Same problem here... NEVER received a bill notification by email OR text since as long as I've been a customer, and I made sure to follow the steps above. Self Serve accepts my request but I never receive anything ever. Why is something that should be simple to do NOT simple with Koodo? I've only been a customer for 3 months but it seems every month there's an issue with Koodo' processes (they don't work) or the self serve web site.
