Same problem here... NEVER received a bill notification by email OR text since as long as I've been a customer, and I made sure to follow the steps above. Self Serve accepts my request but I never receive anything ever. Why is something that should be simple to do NOT simple with Koodo? I've only been a customer for 3 months but it seems every month there's an issue with Koodo' processes (they don't work) or the self serve web site.

Hi Shawn,
The thread is one year old, the bill notification is now under billing in Koodo selfserve.

You could call in and ask Koodo specifically about notification if it didn't work. What were other problems that you encountered every month? by the way.
