I am not getting a text about billing

Am I supposed to get a text about my bill? If so why am I not getting one?

Log into your self serve account online and under billing notifications make sure you have selected text notifications.

Thank you very much but I can't find anything that says billing notifications or anything that explains how my bill comes to me. I don't get anything, no email, no text, no bill in the mail?

You get an email and a text with the total amount owing if you have selected text notifications.
If you recieved nothing then log into self serve and make sure your email is correct there.

Suzy, your ebill notification text goes out on the 8th of every month for you. Are you saying you din't get the last one in October? Thanks!

Hi Bernard,  I did not. I do not get emails or texts. I did check and both seem to be set up right I do get texts about my tab but nothing for billing.

That's strange, on our end it shows text have been sent on re your invoice every month and as far as we can tell they were delivered. I'm not doubting you are not getting it, I just don't have a ready answer as to why. When did they stop coming?
