I am moving out of country in Saturday and need to close my account. I spent two hours on hold and then was hung up on.

While you're in country you ned to call 611. If you've left you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. Hopefully tomorrow the call times will improve greatly since the 10gb offer will expire.

Wait till you're gone and use the Facbook or Twitter route unless you have hours to spend on hold.
