Did you sign up clicking on the link to sign up in the email Koodo sent you? You have to do this otherwise you will encounter the problem you are having. Call Koodo to fix.

Yes you can contact them through Facebook or Twitter as Allen says to avoid waiting on hold when you call them. Just be prepared to wait at least 24 hours after each message through Facebook or Twitter to have a question answered. It isn't live chat. Calling is always quicker for the most part(unless a rep helps here) but they would like to be able get rid of that and have no/limited call support. There is a reason why they always say to Facebook or Twitter or ask question here before they offer up a Koodo phone number a user can call.

Koodo (somehow) can pull your old accounts. Doing so causes accounts to get locked and can even get fraud teams involved. Annoying.

the FASTEST way to fix it:
Call customer service: ask them to kill the existing account and resend you the email to recreate your Self Serve.
Proceed to complete your registration and that's all she wrote.
