i am having troubles paying my bill it won't go thru when i knows theres enough money in my account

How did you try to pay your bill?
CC or online banking? What error message did you get?

it was visa debit never had any trouble with it before it says The transaction didn't go through. Please re-enter your information or try a different payment method.

Clearing browsing history and try again. Make sure you enter correct number.

You can also make payment calling *611, option 3

If both doesn't work, call *611 tomorrow. option 5 then keep pressing 0 to talk to rep
Tell them you have difficulty to make payment with your card. They will help you out

I usually use the koodo app on my phone to pay for it and always works

@ Ryan the card is declined for some reason. You will need to contact the issuer to see what maybe the cause.
