I am a new customer and unable to sign into my account.

I tried selecting Forgot Password to reset my password and when I enter my email address, it says Unable to verify email address.  However, I did verify my email address on the email that was sent to me after I set up my account.  I set it up on Saturday evening and have not yet been able to sign into my account, but received an email welcoming me as a new customer.  How do I have my account reset so I can access it?  Thank you!

Are you sure you got your email address correct?  Try emailing yourself.

Otherwise you will need to contact Koodo.  Note that it will be a while for a reply.  I recommend a private message via facebook or twitter
