Why is my bill additional $30, when i only activated by ROAMING INTERNATIONAL travel for 1 day at $10 extra in Canada. After 24 hours it expires, yet I'm charged $30?????

Have you signed into self serve and looked at your detailed pdf bill? What does it say?

Take a look at the detailed call history of your bill, Marcin (page 9 specifically). It shows usage on 3 separate days, while outside of Canada. You can retrieve your bill from your self serve account here, as Timo stated.

Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or "611 from your Koodo phone. Messaging them on Facebook or Twitter also works.

99999 is a placeholder for the resetting of your Easy Roam. It does not always  indicate a call, but some often other use (data or SMS), and is reported when the partner carrier notifies Koodo, which is not always instantly. Thus your 99999 reference could be a b it later than the event which triggered it.

Your $10 service expires after 24 hours. But if you make another call or access data after that period, another $10/24 hours kicks in, etc. Rinse and repeat, I'm afraid.

thx for fast reply. Yes I looked at the plan and it says. Easy Roam INTL $30.00 Total used 3 (Day)
I don't see how that's possible. I turned off my data and didn't use it as i had wifi the after the first day. I was away for 5 days, so if i used it for 3 days somehow i should of been charged for 5, cuz i didn't do anything differently.

how do i see how much data i used on the other 2 days?

Ranjan said to check out your call history on page 9 of your pdf bill so it looks like it was for calling and not data. Your bill should also show any data usage if there was any.

If it's a data leak of some sort and you see like kilobytes of usage you might be able to get those charges reversed. If it's a fair bit of data you might not.
