I am using a htc desire 320, and a week ago i started getting messages from my phones saying stuff similar to: Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped. I turned off my phone, and now it does not even appear to start up, also tried factory(hard) resetting, should i take it in for repairs, or just continue trying to factory reset?

If you can't start it up and it won't drop to recovery then your only option would be warranty repair as long as the device is less than a year old.

Contact koodo to arrange for warranty service
