I posted a thread this morning asking about transfering from Chatr to Koodo, and this afternoon I did it at the Koodo store, after that I found it looks like there is no place online for me to check my current plan, plan details, plan balance or call/txt usage, or even update my personal profile.
I did register and login the online self serve, but found nothing there, see image attached.
I also downloaded the Koodo Self serve app into my smartphone, however it is keeping saying "We are unable to process your request, please try again later" even I provide the correct credentials, do not know what is going on there.
Could someone please help? Thanks!
