I just bought the phone and I'm not familiar with it yet.
I already checked out the help page...can't seem to find directions how to set up voicemail.

Hey Sven, great question! To set up your voice mail, please follow the steps below:

1. From your phone dial 1 + your area code + your phone number.
2. You'll hear an automated welcome message.
3. You'll then be asked to create a password, to record your name and record your greeting.

Hope that helps!

Hey Monica;

If you are getting a busy signal, this could be an indication that your Voicemail isn't activated or it's not on your account. I recommend contacting our Technical Support (*611 Option 5) and they'll be glad to assist you :).

Hey Myles;

When it asks you for your password, you would enter the password that you had set during the Voicemail set up :).

hey Debbie;

If you're getting a busy signal when you are trying to access your voicemail, this usually means that you do not have the service. I recommend logging into your Self Serve account and double checking the rate plan and add-ons that you have to make sure you do have it.

If you don't have it, then you'll need to add it on. If you do have it, you'll need to contact Technical Support (*611 Option 5) and they'll be glad to assist you.

Have a great day :).

I'm asked to record my name, but only have the phone keyboard, with just numbers available. How do I enter alpha text?

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly... but did it ask you to enter text? Can you just say your name after the beep?
