Lately with some updates my galaxy ace screwed up. It is not making and recieving calls. Error 1uc2

Is it possible to reinstall android from scratch?

How can we reset the phone to factory installed software?

Any suggestions.

To get the original version of Android you'll need to root the device and flash the original file which should be able to be found around the net. Chances are if your going to go through all that, that you might be better off flashing a custom ROM on it. Check XDA Developers site. I don't think your problem is due to the version of Android however.

Have you tried simply taking out the battery & SIM Card while the phone is on? Is your phone connecting and disconnecting from Koodo at all?

Is that something koodo can do it if the phone is under warranty?

If the phone is under warranty and it is not a physical or water based damage, Koodo is able to send it off to the manufacturer for repair at no cost.
