HOW TO Permanently Deactivate my account from ABROAD???!

Hey, everyone I have an urgent question.. I was in Montreal for five months for exchange student program and I just returned to my home country about a month ago ,..

and unfortunately and dumb me, I completely forgot to deactivate my koodo mobile account, and its been running for a month now without usage..

I'm desperate to find a way to deactivate my account through online, self-help or whatever.. but then it seems like its impossible for me to do it online without calling the koodo myself?????

I'm very lost... I need help !!!!

You cannot cancel your account via self serve. You would need to call or email koodo via the contact us link at the bottom of this page.

What about suspending the account?

Most students here for an exchange program go back home to stay after the semester is done. I don't think suspending the account is the solution we're looking for here.

Yeah, but it would at least suspend the account (no more fees) until he gets to speak to someone?

No it wouldn't. A seasonal hold costs $15 a month, and if you suspend the service as lost or stolen you continue to be charged the monthly plan rate.

Or email for free. You should be able to click on contact us, and then log in to allow Koodo to make changes (click on contact us" and follow the links to log in.
