How to disconnect services and cancel account

Need to cancel my account and tried the toll free number but there is no option for disconnect of services?? I am moving away where Koodo does not have service, So how do I cancel? I cannot get to a kiosk either.

Call the number, choose option 5, say you want to cancel.

call *611 from your Koodo phone or call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 From any phone and speak with a customer service rep.
Option 5 for customer service :)

You can call Koodo any time to cancel your service. They don't need 30 days notice.  
If you call today, your cancellation date is set on the end of your billing cycle. The last day of your billing cycle  is when your service will stop. 
If you port your number to different company, then your cancellation date is the date when  porting is completed.
Either way you will need to call customer service and tell them you want to cancel your service.
