I have voicemail included in my plan but I really don't want it. Is it possible to deactivate it? I was able to when I was with Bell but I cant do it myself online through Koodo Self Serve.

No! you cannot deactivate it because it's part of your plan, you can use voice options to tell that you don't want people leave you vm messages or let it full (10messages) and it'll say vm box is full

If someone says otherwise, it is only a temporary fix. 24 hours or less later, the voicemail will automatically reactivate

Mat's suggestions would be the work around

I have a co-worker who was hoping to do the same thing -- He just recorded a greeting that said "You have reached *name* at *number*. This mailbox is not checked and messages will not be returned. Please call back later."

Another option, I guess.

Another thing you can do is activate your Extended Absence Greeting. This will allow you to record a message explaing to your caller that you are unavailable and that the VM will not record a message. Then the system will tell your caller that you are not accepting incoming messages. It will remain active until you shut it off.

You can Access this through the Voicemail menu when you call into your voicemail.

Yes, you can deactivate the voicemail feature. I did so by calling the customer serviceĀ  and they removed that in a minute.
