Hi Matthew,

For a postpaid plan you need to be of the age of majority, which I believe is 19 in Nova Scotia.

You can certainly get a prepaid micro SIM card at any age :)

Prepaid is great for users who use their cell phone less. You should take a look into it. If you're not 19, you can ask your parents to sign up under their name and then transfer when you reach of age.
