How long for refund (webshop - phone returned)?

When one orders a koodo phone uprgade online, but returns the phone within 2 weeks in prestine condition - how long does it usually take for the refund to be issued?

hmm for most phone carriers it normally takes until the warehouse gets the order back and confirms it and checks it over. they have to be 100% on the device condition before refunding your money. if it has been more than 5 business days maybe call customer care 1-866-995-6636 and ask them which department would be best to speak to about this or if they have any information for you. you can also email them about your order webstore@koodomobile.com.

TNX, I didn't want to bug them too early, so I was curious what the normal turnaround time is. From the Purolator tracking I know that it arrived at the Koodo warehouse one week ago. That's not an alarmingly long time yet.

We apply the refund within 1 business day of receiving notification from the warehouse that the phone was returned. However, it's been our experience that it takes up to 10 days before the credit appears on customers' credit card. Once we apply the credit, there isn't anything we can do to speed up how long it takes for the bank to process the refund :( If you've received confirmation from the webstore that the refund was applied, then call your bank and ask when you can expect the credit.

PS: I haven't seen a refund on the Tab either. And there shoudln't be a bank delay, eh. :-)
