How do you change role management online?

I've read through some topics and some were mentioning the ability to change the manager of the account online. Is it possible?

It is possible, in the profile tab, to change around the manager role.

The owner, however, cannot be changed via Self Serve that will require calling customer service.

I guess it would need some paper work and physical person being at the kiosk with a signature?

No at all, you just need to call customer service, pass security of course, and explain that you need to make x profile the owner and y profile a manager (or whatever you're looking to change) and they can set you up.

I do it all the time.

Its a tick off that they say it can be done in self-serve when it can't.

There are certain limitations to Self Serve because you're not working directly with a Koodo representative who will(should) care about the account's security.

You can move around the Manager profiles because they are always linked to one specific number, there are (or were) also User profiles that can look at the bill and nothing else. However the owner profile can look at all the numbers on the account and is used to authorize Manager and User profiles as they're created.

It's all a bit too sensitive to leave in the hands of the website so Koodo requires customers to call in to adjust that one role.

I was on the internet - koodomobile I think and I asked for a temporary password.  I have not received anything yet that I know of.  I went to Self Serve, then had to question My Profile, then had to question Role Management.  That's as far as I got. I was looking for an approval or something for me to approve.  Where is it?
