I want to pay off my Tab and change to new plan but the pay off tab button never works no matter how you try it. I clicked like more than a 100 times and it won't work, what should I do?

You're not obligated to pay off your tab to change your plan, you know that?

Try clearing cache and cookies in your browser. Or you could call CS, since it is a technical issue.

Well a percentage of your bill goes towards paying off your tab balance. You're not really obligated to pay it off unless you want to cancel your account.

Koodo's tab contribution is 15% of your bill (excludes taxes, credits, late payment and monthly Tab charges) if you bought your phone after July 14, 2013.
It's 10% If you bought your phone before that.
