How do I change the language on my e-bill?

I currently receive my e-bill in French, but I'd like to change it to English but I cannot find the switch/check-box on any of the self-serve pages. Does anyone know the way - short of phoning the support desk?

If you already went into all the options and did not see the option to change the language, you would need to call Koodo to have it changed. That does NOT have a service fee for the language change by an agent.

It sucks but you have to call in to change it 1-866-995-6636

Just want to add that while changing the language preference will apply to any new bills going forward, it is not retroactive and will have no effect on bills already generated.
