How do i add another phone with self serve?

How do I add another phone to my account for my son. I was at the kiosk and bought a new sim for his phone and was told I could do it through self serve, but can't seem to figure out how.

You can't activate a new line through self serve. You'll need to call in and speak with koodo's activations department.
