You can call Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or *611 on your Koodo cell or send them an email or if it's an issue that can be solved in a public forum like this one, or you just have some general questions - you can post them here.

Hey Weldon, anything we can help you out with? If so, you can start a new thread.  Thanks!

I called their phone number, but apparently waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer the damned phone is beyond my capability

I recommend calling back a little bit later in the evening as their call volume goes down. Usually easier/quicker to get a hold of someone.

You can change your plan to any other plan in the same tab tier you're in for free once per month.

When you're able, I recommend creating a self serve account so you can do this without having to call in.

All done. Thanks for the input. Went to a local kiosk and upgraded the phone and cleared up all the other issues.
