Why did my bill increase?

We can't help you since we can't see your bill because this is a public forum. You can see your charges through the following:

Self Serve > Billing > E-Bill > Detailed billing on that month.

You will then be sent to a PDF file where you will see the charges. Did you go to the States recently? Overage minutes, roaming? Premium text messages?

If you believe this is a mistake, you will have to call Koodo's Customer Service at *611 on your Koodo Cell (Free).

You probably did use your phone as it doesn't just go up to 300 dollars on its own. :-)

If i had to guess, it's probably data use that got you to that level. Although, you probably would have gotten notifications that you are going over and you should think before proceeding. :-)
