How can Koodo leverage the engaged economy to better serve their customers?

Canadians lack adequate choices or end up being penalized for signing internet and cable with larger companies. Koodo, you have satisfied many of your mobile customers by becoming one of Canada`s top mobile service providers. With the same strategies, better rates and promotions, taking over internet and cable one customer at a time would be an awesome day for many Canadians.

Why does no one seem to remember what Koodo is about? Why are people so obsessed at turning Koodo into something that it's not? I really do not understand this mindset.

Koodo is supposed to be a discount cell phone provider. Not dealing with internet or cable TV. There is absolutely no reason for Koodo to go down the route of adding additional services. It just does not make any sense when you compare it to what they are supposed to be about.

That's how it started, yes. But Koodo has evolved over time. And the prices aren't as low as they used to be.

Nothing wrong with expanding, if done well.

What's wrong with Jessica suggesting an idea? How do you know koodo is not thinking about how else they can make money. Every business does that if not they fall by the wayside.

Does Telus offer Cable TV or Internet? I've never heard of them doing so in Ontario, maybe they do out west? Regardless, this is a segment that Telus might consider exploiting if they aren't doing so already, I really can't see any of the discount brands, Virgin, Fido, Chat-R, Koodo, going down this road. Their objective is to provide the impression of competition and choice while maintaining the status quo, something which is entirely possible in the wireless industry. This type of thing is a lot more difficult in in the ISP game, as numerous small providers already operate (Tekksavvy, Acanac, etc) and probably even harder with Cable TV due to licensing and the infrastructure needed. It might make sense for Telus, but Koodo isn't going anywhere imo.
