I'm so confused. I was told in Koodo kiosk that I can open a prepaid account on-line, but can not find how to do it on web-site.

As far as I know you can only activate phones by calling customer service.

I have my phone and I want to transfer my not Koodo prepaid phone number to Koodo prepaid service. To do that I was told to create a prepaid account online and then call to customer service to port a number. But can not find the option of creating a new account from scratch online.

Thank you very much for link!
My SIM card is invalid in Koodo system because it's not Koodo SIM card. It seems like I have to buy prepaid SIM card from the Koodo kiosk first, and then will be able to activate my account. Weird. Why I was not told to buy a SIM card when I was talking to the salesperson in kiosk? Store locator defines that kiosk as the only place in my city where I can buy Koodo prepaid SIM card.
Anyway, thanks for your help! I'm going to go back to kiosk.

Ya you definitely need a Koodo prepaid SIM Card that fits whatever phone you have. just make sure you bring your phone so they can sell you the right size if you don't know the size already. weird they didn't tell you that you needed one and sell you one. Well good luck, hope you get it working. Also you need to make sure the phone is compatible with Koodos frequencies if it's not a Koodo phone. Compatible & unlocked

Oh, thank you for hint about frequencies! Hopefully it'll match Koodo.
It is definitely unlocked because I moved to my current mobile provider just several months ago with my own phone.
