I'm having trouble with updating the software to Lollipop. What's the (average) price of getting it fixed?

Well I got a modification that the new update was available but I had no room. I cleared some space and tried manually to update it through settings. But when I did, it said the software was already up to date but it wasn't...I tried a factory reset with no luck.

What version does your Moto G mention under Settings - About phone? Mine says 4.4.4 there and it also indicates that there are no updates available.

My guess is that Motorola is releasing the update in batches, and when your phone didn't have enough space, it probably got pushed back in line. I don't think you will need to spend money to solve this, just wait a few days and I think it will pop up again. Just make sure you have enough space then :)

Is your Moto G less than a year old? If there's an issue and it's under a year old, it's covered under warranty.
