My contract is up next month. How do I upgrade to a new phone and possibly a new plan? Are there any additional benefits Koodo can offer given that I have been with them for the last 3 years? Or should I also be looking elsewhere?
There is no contract. I think you mean to say by next month your tab balance is going to be zero? Do you know what kind of phone you're looking for? Christmas season is around the corner, hang tight and see what new deals they could come out with.
To upgrade it's as easy as going to a Koodo store and telling the fantastic associates that work there what you're looking for! Or! If you're not sure what you want, have them give you demos of each of the phones! They're all trained to find the best phone to suit your specific needs.
If no Koodo store is around you, there are other places as well to upgrade! You can go to The Mobile Shop inside of Loblaws stores(Like The Real Canadian Superstore, or Zehrs) or Walmart(Don't quote me on this one).
