how to update my credit card info?

I need to update my credit card information and the email address is different than the original one that was used when I registed the phone. I don't remember that one.

If you just cannot remember then you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter so they can reset it for you.

Kayla, please use the "Forgot?" function to on Self Serve login page to find out the username/email you used as per Allan below. There is a $10 fee to make changes to you account details via customer service. It's absolutely free if you do it yourself!

You can gain access to your account this way if you have forgotten your email and have postpaid services:

We can't update your credit card info on here. Most of us are customers just like you so we don't have access to your account.

Hi Kayla! 

If you're able to login online, you can update your credit card used for pre-authorized payment by: Login in - Click on Self-Serve - Choose "My profile" - Click on "Change" near Pre-authorized payments - Edit Pre-authorized Payment Details. There you shall be able to update the credit card.

If you're still unable to login, we'll need you to contact us to resolve this. As mentioned by Goran, you can message us on Facebook or Twitter.
