My sister gave me her Sim card it's been activated already but she forgot all the information she used to set up the account. I'm still able to put minutes on it but I would like to transfer the account onto my name

It's a prepaid account. I've had this number for a while now and don't want to change it. Anyone have any idea how to get back into the online prepaid self serve account after you forget your username and password and the name that my sister used to set up the account so as of right now I'm unable to log in

Accounts close after 90days of inactivity and if it's been past that then there's no point in even trying to resurrect it because it's impossible.
As the user name would be the email address and I'm sure she doesn't have more than a couple email accounts then simply tap on the forgot password icon and enter her email address and it will send a link to that email address to reset the password, repeat until you find what email she used.

My sister is 14 years old she doesn't remember half the stuff that enters her brain. She claims she forgot what her email was

Hey David,

If you remember the phone number, ask your sister (since she is the account holder) to give us a call at 1-647-788-3948 and we can help her retrieve that info.

Let us know how this worked for you!
