I just got a new phone yesterday with a new company(Koodo), the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. I bought the phone through a kiosk in Superstore called The Mobile Shop. I wasn't given a $100 gift card and the phone wasn't $0 as stated. I had to pay almost $200. upfront. I've been trying to get a hold of someone who works with customer service but can't seem to reach anyone. Does anyone know how I go about reaching someone with customer service questions?
