I will speak calmly and polite "Mobile Master", but at 1866 996-6636 Mobile Master option do not exist?!

I just paid off my existing tab and current phone bill. I am switching my koodoo number to another provider. Is there anything else I need to do???

I think you are all set. As far as I'm concerned, you cannot cancel your service with current provider until your new carrier ports your number for you. Sorry to see you go and remember to keep an eye out on any Koodo bill for adjusted fees, if there are any!
