This is called service???? I've been over 35 mins filling out forms that bear no resemblance to my two issues - why a voluntary army and not a staff of Koodo trainned reps. How do I discontinue this Koodo merry-go -round?

I have lost/misplaced my HTC cell ph. I happen to have a QUE cell that has never been activated. Do I acquire a sim card and then who at Koodo do I contact to advise them of the situation and "activate the new QUE ph". next issue I am on a $28.00/mo plan- how am I advised of the amt of the monthly bill? I have gone thru all my emails back to June 1and there is no mail from Koodo about anything and I see that there is $91.00 due - - - - - - - - - - - who knew that????

I'll start with the last part. Your bill is generated monthly, if you didn't get a bill for 2 months you may want to give koodo a call to see what's up. Maybe they have the wrong email address on file? Maybe your spam filter is deleting the email? Who knows.. But you do know there's a monthly bill to pay.

Now your next issue.

Login to self serve then goto phone service and report your phone as lost,/ stolen

Next you'll need a new sim card for your other phone. I've not heard of Que. If you give me the model number I'll check to make sure it's compatiable with koodo.

To get it working you'll activate a new sim card through self serve / phone services / change phone (new sim). This you'll need to visit a koodo kiosk to get. They can also switch your service too it at that time but there may be a fee to do so. I don't remember but I think the sim is 5$
