On your Telus Web mail, you should b able to find "about" in the options tab, or under the "mobile" tab on the front page. If there you will find ur pop and smtp server and port numbers. The you can use the stock email app to enter the information

You must mean webmail on my desktop I assume. Since I don't have it on the mobile which is what I'm trying to find out how to. I see tools, options...no about.

If I try webmail.telus.net it won't accept my password and kicks me to my home billing website for internet and TV.

If you are setting up a personal email acct (just one) the instruction that LG provided are:

1 Select the Applications icon from the home screen.

5 Enter Account Name (optional).

If you were setting up a second email account:

1 Select the Applications icon from the home screen.
2 Select the Email icon.
3 Select the Menu key.
4 Select Settings.
5 Select Add Account.
6 Enter the email address and password for the email that is to be added.

I spoke with Telus. Now I can enter info on phone to set up and get this message..." Couldn't finish. Authentication methods aren't supported by server. " What now?

I'd suggest trying all the different security types they have and see if one work, if none of them work I would try downloading another email app and see if it goes better through that app instead of the stock email app
