How to set-up self-serve?!

So I fill out all my information in the monthly tab on the registration page, and koodo tells me they will send me a link. Minutes later they send a link, and when i click on it, there is an error. It brings me to a koodo page that says error "oops something went wrong".
Well, it costs ten bucks just to get an actual person to do this, so I'm hoping someone out here can give me a hand with this, thanks!

Hi Ryan,
Are you on a prepaid or a monthly plan? How did you register for Koodo?
If you are on a monthly plan, you would have to wait for the email activation sent to your account. If you created yourself, you might get an error.

Hey Dinh, thanks for getting back to me. I am on a monthly plan, I set up my phone on store. I did receive a link to my email for activation but by the time I found it, it timed out.

Ryan was sent a link, it didn’t work, try again Ryan, I would want to be with a service provider that charges $10, and eventually no calls at all, with the no help I’ve received calling them I would have managed better on my own, their clueless outsourced foreign , and some I can’t understand them as accent, and rapid speaking make impossible, been with Koodo 5 years but I’ve had enough, switching next month, next I’m quitt apple and going back to Microsoft, sorry Ryan lol

Dave,
Koodo don't charge for something you cannot do it yourself in selfserve. The problem that he had was a different thing.

@Ryan: You would need to contact them to ask for the reset. If you don't want to wait on phone, you could send message to their facebook. https://www.facebook.com/Koodo/
I don't think they will call you unless your bill are overdue.
