How to return a phone purchased online?

I would like to know if there is a protocol for returning a phone I am unsatisfied with, whilst keeping my account with Koodo? I recently switched from Rogers and upgraded my Note 3 to an S7, but I am very disappointed with the S7 and would really like to return to using my Note 3 (In anticipation of buying a Note 8 eventually).

It has been less than 15 days since my purchase and the phone is in brand new condition. Could I bring it in store to expedite the process? I'm concerned that by the time I receive an answer it will be too late and I will be forced to keep using this phone... Any help is much appreciated!!

No if purchased online you cannot bring it to a store. Check this link for more info

Click "what is your 15 day guarantee" or other options for answers to your question after clicking that link below

You need to contact koodo via email to the webstore or you can try messaging koodo through a twitter dm or a Facebook message. That's the best way.

Hello there,

I'll just add 2 more details about what has been mentioned above.

• Money back guarantee (MBG) is 15 days from date shipped (15 calendar days, not business days)
• If the customer wants to return the phone, they must request a return mailer before the end of the 15th day
